You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
- Spam or flood the Service with low-quality or duplicate submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-download content without prior written permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
- Submit rules or content that contain malicious code, malware, or harmful instructions
2User Content & Ownership
You Own Your Content
You retain full ownership of the Claude rules, MCP configurations, and other content you submit to clauderules.net. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.
License to clauderules.net
By submitting content, you grant clauderules.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users of the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Community Content
Rules and content submitted by other users remain their property. You may use them for personal development purposes but may not republish or commercialize them without the original author's permission.
3Intellectual Property
The clauderules.net website design, logo, source code (where not open-sourced), and editorial content created by the clauderules.net team are the intellectual property of clauderules.net. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. clauderules.net is an independent community project and is not authorized or endorsed by Anthropic.
4Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Claude rules and MCP configurations shared on this site are community contributions — use them at your own discretion and always review content before applying it to your projects.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clauderules.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
6Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@clauderules.net. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
7Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
